HR Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Understanding manpower requisition from concerned department
  • Prompt advertisement of job vacancies in various recruitment centers and sourcing candidates that match the desired skills
  • Arrange candidates for interview and coordinate with the concerned department
  • Prepare appointment letter and medical check-up letter to all successful candidates
  • Conduct induction training, briefing on company policies, procedures and culture upon commencement of work. Introduction of new recruit to all departments
  • Proper filing of new recruits relevant documents
  • Keeping track of employees attendance [annual & medical leave] Report any irregular attendance to the Department head.
  • Able to work overtime
  • Possess own transport
Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 5 years working experience Excellent time management, Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
  • Counseling experience
