  • Report to Senior HR Executive
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions 3
    To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing.
  • Prepare and review monthly payroll reports and document accurately.
  • HRIS including OT, Leave & Attendance system is functioning & generating accurate & timely reporting, regular 6
    including trouble shooting and enhancement where applicable.
  • Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration enquiries make payment to Statutory Bodies
  • Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
  • Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the databased and filling systems.
  • Prepare the confirmation letter, increment letter, resignation acceptance letter and other relevant letters
  • Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and correctly in database and reports are filled in orderly 12
    Work closely with Recruitment team for Employee on-boarding & off-boarding process
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
  • Degree with 3 years related experience Computer literate
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of payroll experience is required for this position.
  • Experiened in processing 500 headcounts will be added advantage
  • Good with numbers and details.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Payroll or equivalent.
