• Organise meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge.
• Assist the HR Senior Director in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. Prepares slides for presentation, which requires some individual judgement and creativity.
• Manage HR Senior Director office in his/her absence, and ensures all matters requiring the HR Senior Director’s attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.
• Any other Sales-related duties and tasks assigned by the HR Senior Director
• Organise and minute monthly HR Meetings. Plays key role in organization and/or coordination of other key or large-scale HR or company events e.g. HR conference, recreation activities, family days, visitor lunches, etc.
• Assist the other HR Managers where necessary based on th e adhoc task that has been assigned
• Provide basic analysis into HR-related data and information under the instructions of the HR Senior Director
• Travel and accommodation arrangements for participants, liaison with relevant hotels and overseeing various logistics arrangements.
• Collate data for HR reports (both country and regional) and other required documentation; ensuring deadlines are complied with.
• Coordinate with other departments’ coordinators to ensure that administrative office information and procedures are updated and complied with efficiently.
• Organise and maintain an up-to-date filing system that provides quick and efficient reference
• Process new CAAs and Purchase Requisitions for HR Department’s investments.
• Administer incentive programs such as staff awards, loyalty points, etc.
• Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions.
• Exhibits an execptional degree of ingenuity, ,creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
• Typicaly requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 1- 2years of working experience.
