Job Description :
・Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Admin functions including recruitment, manpower planning, training and development, industrial relations, performance evaluation and administrative functions.・Oversee the payroll administration process (familiar with Bossnet Software)・Play an active roll in advesing Head of Departments and HR matters.・Provide counselling on disciplinary issues and ensure actions taken conforms with relevant statutes.・Preparation of employment contracts and agreement, employee handbook and other HR documents.・Plan, organize and monitor regular staffs welfare activities, also aimed at employee retention.・Establish the company wage and salary structure and oversee the variable pay system including bonuses and raises.・Ensure all human resource development activities and processes are complies with standard operating procedures written in line the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.・Supervise the replacement of office equipmet and contracts, for cost effectiveness.・To manage office security and performance of security personnel.・To source sub-contract agency and ensure sufficient manpower supply on daily basis.・To handle and resolve all sub-contract staff disciplinary issues.・To manage personal advance.
Required work experience :
・Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.・At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.・Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.・Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysiaand English with good interpersonal and communication skills.・Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysian Labour Law, Union Act and other related legislations.・Ability to multi task, work independently and able to work under pressure. mature & professional with good organizational skills.・Special skill in assessing, evaluating, priotizing and handling multiple tasks, projectsand demands.・Strong leadership skills and very tactful in solving issues.
