Job Description :
Develop an HR strategy aligning with the company's strategy and supportive of business priorities. Implements HR operational plan so as to support the business growth agenda.Overseeing HR department functions including compensation and benefits, training development, employment relations, recruitment, and selection.Responsible for recruitment and selection matters and to liaise with the respective HODs and recruitment personnel on manpower requirements and manpower planning.Planning, organizing and controlling activities and actions of the HR department.Oversee for day-to-day operations and the work of HR team members.
Required work experience :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Bahasa MalaysiaProficient in English, both spoken and writtenAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
