  • Provide HR strategic advice and propose risk mitigation action plans to Directors
  • Management of HRIS to maintain accurate information
  • Ensure compliance with HK Labour Ordinance, PRC Employment Law and local regulations
  • Promote positive employee relations in the workplace
  • Develop and drive employee retention strategies
  • Assist in developing and reviewing HR strategies, policies and procedures

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience in HR field
  • Exposure to Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Phillippine
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
