Job Description :
Develop, execute, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for HR Process.Maintain the work structure by updating job requirement and job description for all positions;Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection;
Required work experience :
He/She must have at least 10 years of solid HR experience in manufacturing set up, well versed in Malaysian Employment Laws, Industrial Relations law and practices and other statutory laws and regulations related to Human Resources.Experience in managing foreign workers is necessary.
