Job Description



Client Background:
An US-based MNC established in 1940s, our client touches the lives of consumers around the globe in positive ways every day. With over20,000 employees and operations in more than 50 countries, we serve customers across a wide range of industries from food and beverage, health and personal care to energy, transportation and semiconductors. We supply a unique portfolio of atmospheric gases, process and specialty gases, performance materials, equipment and services.
Location: Bangsar South City (Nearby LRT Kerinchi station)
Tenure: 6 months contract
Headcount: 1
Remuneration: Base Salary + Performance bonus + Medical benefit + Dental
Responsibilities:
·Responsible for efficient filing and management of HR records including Employees Personal Files and appropriate annual archiving.
·Responsible for efficient filing of medical records and updating of Medical Records Data Base in the HR Shared Folder and confidential upkeep of medical records
·Custodian for E Form administration
·Administer employee separations by issuing final release letters to resigning employees, conduct exit interviews and provide Payroll with final instructions for final salary release.
·Maintain updated and current Job Descriptions in IQMS for ISO audit purposes and ensure SAP HR data integrity.
·Administer employee benefits including Health Care Management, annual flu vaccine program and preventive health care screening program
·Coordinate and administer annual/ biannual medical check-ups and random drug test for safety sensitive positions including mandatory medical screenings.
·Provide support to IMP Team in coordinating tax payments for Assignees working closely with Ernest & Young
·Responsible for completing all compensation and non-compensation surveys
·Responsible for all SAP HR related actions including organization and employee changes and issuance of appropriate communications to employees
·Provide administrative support in Industrial Relations matters, ad-hoc HR operational matters and in the issuance of merit and bonus letters to unionized employees.
·Provide monthly input on ad hoc payments to the Payroll Team in accordance to payroll calendar timeline.
·Participate in New Hire orientation as needed.
·Schedule and coordinate Lunch Talks
·Participate and provide data for annual remuneration surveys
·Upkeep and maintenance of HR SHARE POINT to ensure its current and updated.
Requirements:
·Diploma or Degree in HR with 2-3 years work experience in general Human Resources function preferably in a multinational manufacturing corporation
·Should possess good writing and speaking skills in English
