Job Description

1. Recruitment

- Prepare the offer letter, allowance and bank account for new joiner.
- Conduct new employee’s induction briefing.
- Conduct the interview when necessary.
- Monitoring the progress of the vacant position.
- Support the Talent Management liaising with client regarding recruitment.
- Prepare the proposal to the client for additional head count, bonus or salary increment.
2. Payroll

- Monitor and calculate overtime claim and other claims such as medical claim, travel and toll claim for staff every month.
- Prepare employees salary calculation of prorated/deductions of unpaid leave/emergency leave or resign.
- Prepare employee’s payroll including EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and others are compliance with the law.
3. Industrial Relation

- Issue show cause, warning, and termination for any misconduct.
- Communicate with operation teams on how to tackle disciplinary issue at site.
- Filing case to JTK and Industrial Court for any indemnity claims
4. HR Administration

- Ensure all information in the employees system is updated and properly maintained.
- Prepare the employee appraisal for confirmation and end of probation.
- Review, update and maintain a proper filling for hard copy and soft copy document.
5. Staff Resignation/ Termination

- Prepare the letter (e.g show cause letter, resignation acceptance letters, warning letter and termination letter).
Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): Good leadership, planning and organizational.
• Knowledge on HR 2000 will be an added advantage
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Willing to travel.
