Our client who is in an International Education Industries are looking for an incumbent who is dynamic, result oriented and a driven HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE to work in their HR Department in Taman Melawati, KL. The successful candidate will be an important part of the HR Department. We are looking for candidates who are interested in developing their career as HR Business Partner. Successful candidates should enjoy working in a challenging team environment, have the enthusiasm and ambition to spearhead the HR Department to the highest standard and want to be part of an organization that puts education and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything it does. Job Responsibilities :
1) Human Resource – To manage the full spectrum of Human Resource Activities including the overall direction and control of all human resources matters such as recruitment & selection, training &development, compensation and benefits, employee services and industrial relations (excluding payroll) to ensure smooth running of the day to day HR Functions of the company.
2) Administrative – Oversee the support operations of organization. Ensure that there is effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout business.
3) Corporate culture – Strategize for better internal communication, a dedication to internal customer service, seamless interdepartmental workflow, teaching employees what they are, what they sell and most important: Why they sell
4) Regulatory – Coordinating regulatory work with external regulatory consultant
Job Description
Human Resource
1) Formulate, manage and coordinate the establishment and day to day execution of company’s human resource policies and practices to ensure harmonious employee & management relationship.
2) Identify and develop appropriate programs for employee retention, enhance work performance and cultivate of healthy habits.
3) Build HR into strong function to support the organization’s needs and business direction.
4) Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination.
5) Defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process
6) Carrying out staff induction for new team members.
7) Managing personnel’s individual and collective development, such as training, assessment and promotions.
8) Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments.
9) Following up litigation and disputes involving company personnel.
10) General office management issues.
Administrative
1) Office and facilities management
2) Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, pantry, conference room & store; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
3) Purchases office materials and supplies by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
4) Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
5) Liaising with external IT consultant for office IT related matter
6) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Corporate culture
1) Defines organizational goals and align department effectively
2) Act as liaison between employees and other management level executives
3) Set the tone for communication
4) Establish an emotional connection for employees, management, and the organization as a whole
5) Plans and carry out events for employees
6) Plan and carry out monthly corporate culture activities
7) Set up office to a conducive and motivating working environment
8) Share via WhatsApp chat group on positive news
9) Champion for corporate value and device long term strategy for corporate identity instillation
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Good organization, documentation, presentation and interpersonal skill.
  • 3 years of work experience in HR Generalist, especially with experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment and training functions.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in English, BM and Mandarin (is an added advantage)
