Job Description

Talent Acquisition
    • Implement Ninja Van talent acquisition strategy
    • Develop and maintain Ninja Van policy for talent bench marking, talent assessment and interviewing.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
    • Advertise vacancies on job platforms, social media and others which suitable for hiring
    • Source potential candidates through our Applicant Tracking System and not limiting to professional networks
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
    • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
    • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees including payroll data updates
    • Issuance of offer letter to selected employees.
    • Manages all employees required documentation via proper filing system
    • Counsel the candidate on benefits, salary, and environment
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
    • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
    • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
    • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

Employee Relations
    • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
    • Organize and deliver employee engagement programs and activities
    • Organize and participate in activities that create bonding between management and employees or between employees at different departments or levels.
    • Work along with other HRBP Employee Relations and department managers or executives on reward and recognition.
    • Responsible for visiting employees/families in case of unforeseen events such as deaths, accidents, rewards & etc.

    • Assist HRBP TA, ER & L&D and other HR personals frequently
    • Assist in Ninja Van branding initiatives
    • Able to represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
    • Generate weekly / monthly updates for company's leadership about talent acquisition & engagement metrics and initiatives
    • Others as & when required by HR Director, Head of HR & Head of People & Engagement.

    • At least 5 years of working experience as HR Generalist, HRBP TA or related to recruitment and selection
    • At least a degree in Management, Business Management, Human Resources Management or relevant
    • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
    • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods including managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2018 will be an added advantage.
    • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
    • Impactful presentation style
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
    • A positive, can do attitude
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
    • Possess own transportation
    • Required to travel as & when
