Responsibilities / Introduction

  • Responsible for ensuring the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.
  • Essential responsibilities include:
    • Developing and administrating human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
    • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
    • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • The responsivities involve achieving the following tasks:
    • Implementing and revising a companys compensation program
    • Creating and revising job descriptions
    • Conducting annual salary surveys
    • Developing, analysing and updating the companys salary budget
    • Developing, analysing and updating the companys evaluation program
    • Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures
    • Maintaining and revising the companys handbook on policies and procedures
    • Performing benefits administration
    • Maintaining affirmative action programs
    • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
    • Conducting new employee orientations and employees relations counselling
    • Oversee exit interviews
    • Maintaining department records and reports
    • Participating in administrative staff meetings
    • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
    • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

Requirement
  • Gender: Female only.
  • MUST be able to read, speak and write English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR working experience with at least 3 years managerial experience.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Well verse in utilizing Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Pivot Table.
  • Preferably with string technical experience with HR systems and technologies.
  • Resourceful and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meticulous and accurate.
  • Patient, responsible, committed, passionate and able to work, communicate and coordinate as a team.
  • Preferably with own transportation.
