Sanofi Business Services (SBS), one of the 4 pillars of Business Transformation for the organisation, has a captiveshared servicecentrein Kuala Lumpur to provide end to end Employee Experience (EE) services to employees in China, Asia, Japan and Pacific. We are currently recruiting for dynamic Japanese-speaking talent in the following areas within EE:
  • Employee Life Cycle
  • Organisation & Data Management
  • Queries Handling
  • Payroll & Benefits Operations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Graduate orMaster’sdegree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • Up to 5 years of working experience, ideally in Human Resources

  • Business Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory

  • A good understanding of HR operations

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders

  • Team-player mindset
  • Able to work in a metrics environment
  • Self-motivated, mature and ability to work independently
