Job Description :
• You will be responsible to lead, supervise & manage a team of Relationship Managers (RM) to grow the SME portfolio, focusing on Cash Management and Fee Income.
• You would need to be mobile and travelling is required for this position. The teams under your supervision will actively cross sell a full range of financial products and services; to proactively manage customer relationship and build value and profitability.
• The main responsibility of a RM Team Sales Manager is to effectively manage the RMs to achieve the sales targets set and to ensure that the team is service-quality driven.
• You will provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Business Banking umbrella from time to time as well as support Regional Sales Manager in achieving regional targets.
Qualifications
•must have a recognized degree, higher diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience in leading, supervising and managing a sales team involved in sales or sales-related capacity (as Team Leader or Sales Manager) in banking and financial industry.
•must exhibit leadership qualities; able to effectively manage a diverse group of sales individuals and work independently.
•must be self-motivated and self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills (listening, written and verbal).
•must understand business management and team dynamics. Other key attributes include enthusiasm, drive (able to work long hours), sense of urgency and a high achiever. The ability to speak several languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
•Able to write and speak good English and Mandarin and must be willing to travel.
