Why does this job exist and why is it critical​
What are you accountable for
  • Active involvement in retail store expansion planning in order to achieve the expected market share in respective area and identification of potential new locations for the Branded Stores
  • Sourcing of the right locations for the new Branded Stores in the identified areas, conducting the assessments and providing the necessary insights and input to facilitate the evaluation and approval
  • Identification of the right fit dealers in the respective area territory and develop them as potential candidates to enter into postpaid business as a Branded Store by being an advisor to the dealers in terms of business planning, sharing the business model/benefits, provide training…etc
  • Ensure the readiness of the identified candidates for the appointment process by reviewing business proposals, performance, commitment, investment…etc and actively facilitating the appointment process until successful completion
  • On-boarding of the new dealers with by providing necessary sales and service training for all products carried out by the new branded stores, operational readiness of the stores with a holistic Go-To-Market launch plan in the area in collaboration of the all key channels/stakeholders
  • To be the Leader of Dealers through intensive business strategy led engagements and formulation of action plans to achieve agreed short and mid-term goals and ensure the business success
  • Contribute to the market growth plans and sales activities/programmes in the targeted markets in terms of gaining active participation by the respective Branded Stores in the area and to deliver the desired business outcomes

What do you need for this role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, Specialized in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering is preferred
  • Experience of 5 years. Relevant work experience of minimum 4 years in telecommunications industries with dealer management & people management is preferred. Experience in project planning & administration is an advantage.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior, what drives business, business operation and management will be an asset
  • Tech savvy and computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with excellent communication skills
  • Personal traits: A self-starter, strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders.
