Job Description :

  • Execute provisioning, De-provisioning access request from business user.

  • Process complete and valid User ID / User Access administration requests for systems managed by ID Management Team within SLA

  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with internal customers, answering internal customer enquiries, and effectively handling internal customer complaints.

  • Assist and support department in driving service transformation journey in providing better and quality service to internal customer.
Qualifications
  • Preferably a recognized Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Information Systems or its equivalent. Non-IT degree holder with relevant working experience is strongly encouraged to apply as well
  • Strong backgrounds in running IT operations is an advantage
  • Self-motivated person who is a team player
  • Possesses initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsive, neat and meticulous in discharging duties
  • Able to organize, lead and cultivate good teamwork amongst staff are essential attributes
  • Able to communicate in both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities
  • Flexibility to choose & travel between Cyberjaya & KL main office
