We have urgent job openings for customer service executive role for a banking industry Client : Top banking company Role : Customer service executive -Voice,Email Slary : RM 2300 - RM 3500 RM + Incentive Location : PJ, Selangor Shift hours: 24 by 7 rotational ( 5 days work & 2 days off ) Duration type : Permanet Good speaking and writing in English Typing speed minimum 25 WPM Job scope : • Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need. • Provide customer support using the English language via phone or email. • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly. • Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken. Requirement: looking for talents, who is customer centric with exceptional communication skills as these agents will be supporting Singapore market. Hence, they must be able to communicate well and shouldn’t hunt for words while on call with customers.
