Client’s Location: KL, Malaysia
Requirements:
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
Experience : 8 – 10 years in Change management field
Other : Competent in Microsoft Office and Project Management Tool
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Program and Change Management (PCM) Team
• Responsible to monitor and consolidate Project Status (eg : project Health, Project Risks and Issues, Financial Status and Contracts Status) for the project
• Prepare and Present Program Level Status Report to Program / Project Working Committee (PWC) and Steering Committee members
• Work closely with all project teams to identify and manage program level risks and issues
• Assist to manage Change Management resources and prepare Change Management Activities Summary
• Assist business to develop project’s sustainability strategies
• Ensure that the impacted stakeholders are well informed on the project development
• Assist business on developing the communication plan, materials, and consolidate feedbacks
• Support project team on training, go live, handover and transition to support team
