Client’s Location: Bangsar South , Malaysia

Requirements:

• Resources needed urgently , must speak Mandarin..
• Level 1 Service Desk Agents - 2 FTEs (Desktop Support, Workplace, Office 365)
• Looking for Fresh Grads that can speak Mandarin/English.
• Looking for resource which are technically strong with Degree in Computer/Information Technology.
• Working hours: 8am to 5pm MYT or 9am to 6pm MYT. No shift work expected
• Intent is to use soft phones instead of physical phones.
• Malaysia to position this as a Staff Augmentation.
• Must be able to start work within 1-2 weeks ..
