The Role Responsibilities
This role will be part of Application and Infrastructure & Vulnerability Management (AIVM) team and is to validate the security configuration of Bank's infrastructure Network devices like Cisco Routers, Switches, VPNs, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Wireless Controllers and any other associated core infrastructure components. The role requires the ability to communicate and build relationships with technology product owners and support teams across geographies.]

  • Candidate should aware the business model that Group operates across the Globe and meet the requirement based on the business need as and when needed.

  • Candidate should adhere the Group's process and able to demonstrate as expected in the first line of defence role in the Bank.

  • Able to build relationship within the team and outside the team & able to resolve the conflicts of interest as and when needed.

Risk Management
  • Candidate should be able to identify the risk framework of the Bank and provide respective mitigation and remediation plan accordingly.

Governance
  • Candidate should be able to oversight overall Governance and Effective engagement with respective stakeholders to manage the business function.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Knowledge in Network Security, Service Provider requirements, preferably in Banking sectors
  • Enterprise Network Security Architecture and Design
  • Advance knowledge and troubleshooting of Ethernet, IP Networking and TCP/IP
  • Strong Linux Shell experience and Solid knowledge of programming languages is needed, Python etc.,
  • Strong knowledge and subject matter expertise in multiple areas within Information Security
  • Hands on skill and expertise in performing risk / threat assessments/risk consulting
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
  • Industry certifications will be a plus e.g., CCNA Security, CCIE, CCNP Security, CISA, CRISC and CISM
