Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

- Proactively contact potential customers by phone to upsell and promote new products where the opportunity exists, and work with customers to build pipeline and record all interactions with customers (calls, attempted calls, emails)
- Through the OpCo’s liaison, collaborate and engage with Account Manager and Specialist when need be (of existing Print customer)
- Ensure accurate competitive information and opportunity is provided to Stakeholder or client regarding communication notes and allocation process
- Own call performance against target is tracked and managed to ensure campaign targets are exceeded
- Consistently meet the set KPI for sales call performance against target and conversion target to opportunities
- Submit daily productivity report to management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- SPM / Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
- 1 year experience in business-to-business (b2b), phone based sales or any related field
- Track record of winning new business in a B2B consultative sales environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool, is an added advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin literate is a bonus as the role may require engagement with mandarin speaking clients
