Job Description

• Handle incoming quotation request and follow up with customer to close the deals.
• Build the pipeline, cold calling to target new account and explore business opportunities to achieve sales target.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing customer.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information and quotation in a timely manner.
• Determine customer requirements and expectation in order to recommend specific product and solutions.
• Handle sales inquiries over for IT products.
• Update re seller of current IT products promotions.
• Ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to re-sellers on a timely basis.
• Provide feedback on market competition, pricing and etc.
• Handle specific stock requests for customers’ requirements.
• Prepare quotation to re-sellers.
• Work and communicate closely with sales & product team on daily basis sales activity and progress.
• Ensure timely follow up on inquiries.
• Handling inside sales activities for IT hardware sales.
• Payment follow up and sales forecast.
