Position Description: This position is responsible for providing the necessary sales support for the sale of all Lenovo solutions (hardware, software, services and peripherals), across all Business Models – Global Accounts, Public Sector, Large Enterprise and channel segments. You will be working within specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) for their day to day tasks to ensure Lenovo’s customers receive quick turnaround on quotes and other pre/post sales related requests. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who possesses a positive can do attitude, a high degree of attention to detail, professionalism, and drive in order to undertake the wide latitude of responsibilities inherent with a growing company. Position Requirements: The primary tasks include 1. Customer Focused Admin Tasks a) Managing Inbound Customer Calls b) Managing Catalogue Sales enquires c) Reject Order Management d) Backlog Order Management e) DOA and Returns Management 2. Account Specific Tasks a) Own Customer Experience b) Quote Creation based on Catalogue c) Customer Enquiries d) Help manage Project deliveries e) Help drive call-out campaigns 3. Bid Submission a) Support ISR on BID Submission b) Coordinate non-standard quotes with ISR c) Support preparing Profit Sheets d) Support MC-BID in CRM when required e) Support Windchill updates when required 4. ISR Account Support a) Support account product enquires from catalogue b) Drive S&P attach on quotes c) Drive product upsell solutions on Catalogue d) Drive response within stated Customer SLA e) Update daily sales reporting 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by attending all training sessions and display a detailed understanding of Lenovo solutions. The successful person in this role • Strong working knowledge of MS Office skills especially Word, Excel and Outlook • Intermediate skill level of MS PowerPoint an advantage • SAP & Microsoft Dynamics experience an advantage. • Is expected to manage multiple priorities • High level of customer service • Good use of English Language • Have a high level of attention to detail • Follow a process, and interact with other functions including, product team, sales, pricing, fulfilment, and sales operations. • Develop sales skills and understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools. • Performs independently without supervision • Is proactive and acts quickly with a sense of urgency • Previous sales support and same industry preferred. • Must be a team player
