Job Description

What you will do
The Interactive Designer will work closely with Content and Digital Strategy teams to produce design concepts and works that are aligned with our data powered audience insights to drive business outcomes. Works will include infographics, site/ app UI design, marketing collateral, case studies, social content, HTML5 banners, video editing etc.
  • Understanding creative briefs and provide creative art direction
  • Ideate concepts and campaigns for client and agency with strategic thought and creative articulation for digital
  • Develop branded content, key visuals and creative mock up for campaigns and proposals
  • Overseeing creatives and working together with the team to develop new and innovative creative deliverables
  • Self-motivated to learn new technique and skills, research on new trends and help team to develop new innovative concepts
  • Work closely with account managers, strategist, planner and copywriter to ensure clear understanding and delivery of creatives per proposal / brief
  • Takes full ownership of project from brief to final execution
  • Translate desired moods, messages, concepts, and underdeveloped ideas into galvanized creative solutions
  • Ensure content accuracy and appropriateness, maintain brand adherence and consistency in tone/voice, and meet quality standards and expectations
  • Perform ongoing maintenance of existing design assets. Revise and improve based on feedback and business/industry changes
What skills and experience will you need

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts.
  • 3 -4 years of design experience ideally at a tech/media company or a digital agency.
  • Expert-level proficiency of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro and Sketch
  • Strong ability in graphic design, typography, UI/UX design, motion graphics and video editing.
  • Understanding of core brand design concepts with the ability to manage clients’ brand corporate identity consistency across multiple creative output.
  • Ability to hold a strong design vision while remaining collaborative and open to new ideas
  • Ability to think of big ideas is a plus!
