Description
Primary Objective:
  1. Ensure all covenants in the Trust Deed (including any changes improved from time to time) are complied
  2. Ensure that the build-up in designated Accounts are complied.
  3. Monitoring and following up on any non-compliance / operation issues.
  4. Attend to the queries raised by the bondholders
  5. Attend bondholder's meeting where necessary
  6. Plan and conduct for Annual Disaster Recovery Plan and BCP Call Tree
  7. Update on Business Impact Analysis ( BIA) system on annual basis

Maintain and update Operating Manuals
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare Monthly Risk Management Report
  2. Plan and conduct for Annual Disaster Recovery Plan and BCP Call Tree Test
  3. Tracks whether the Issuer’s documents are received on timely manner and are in compliance with the covenants in the Trust Deed.
  4. Send the reminder letters to Issuer on non-compliance and their action plan / remedy.
  5. Monitor the issuance of reminder letters to the Issuer and follow through with all delayed issues / non-compliance
  6. Keyed in compliance covenants data into NetPMS System
  7. Update the Securities Commissions ( SC) if there is any irregularities, breach of covenants and Event of Default.
  8. Keep updated on the current rating review of the Issuers to ensure prompt update to the affected holders.
  9. Keep updated on all new guidelines / orders / informations / policy in regards to compliance matters and to circulate to all departments.
  10. Maintain and update Operating Manuals
  11. Compile and coordinate with the ADI on beneficial lists
  12. Attend on any issues in respect of compliance matters raised by Issuer, Bondholders, Facility Agent, Auditors and any relevant authorities
  13. Attend meeting where necessary

Additional Work
  1. Update on Business Impact Analysis ( BIA) system on annual basis
  2. Maintain and update Operating Manuals
  3. Highlight Event of Default to Securities Commission and Bondholders
  4. Ensure timely submission of Monthly Risk Management Report

Requirements
Requirements:
Degree - Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ Legal
At least 5 years of working experience in the Trust Company
