Job Responsibilities

  • Relationship Managers (RM) Briefing - Provide assigned RMs/branches/region with market updates and guidance on investment strategies (in line with the house views) as well as updates on changes to investment advisory processes.

  • RM Coaching - Engage RMs proactively in discussions about advisory process, product and idea generation by interacting closely with the RMs, customers to ensure RMs are fully skilled to provide product and portfolio advice to their customers.

  • Product and Service Briefing - Explain product and service features and market trends and news flow. Also provide market information such as new issue announcements and updates, new product presentation commentary to ensure RMs are fully up to date with all products.

  • Joint Sales - Engage customers together with RMs and to provide wealth management advisory, product and service explanation, and investment solution to customers following wealth management advisory model.

  • Portfolio Review & Rebalancing - Provide continue after sales service to customers by conducting regular investment portfolio review and rebalancing activities to ensure alignment in customer's investment objectives and risk tolerance level.

  • Client Wealth Seminar Presentation - Prepare and present client wealth seminars, answer all Q&As, with the purpose of generating new leads for RMs by giving customers new ideas from the seminars.

  • Align portfolios suggestion with house views, and continuously update oneself on market trends and investment research

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance/Economics or a related field

  • Possess professional investment related certification (FIMM & IPPC) will be added advantage.

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in financial/investment field.

  • Deep understanding and command of economic fundamental and investment strategy, with the focus to support investment products, wealth management solution, and Retail Wealth Management business plan.

  • Strong interpersonal skills- Personable, approachable, collaborative

  • Research background and vast experience in Wealth Management Business will be an added advantage
