Job Description

Responsibilities :

•Maintain an effective communication with sales reps, customers and CCD to facilitate an expeditious collection process.
•To monitor all necessary required action with the relevant parties to initiate timely invoicing of completed Sales order.
•Liaise closely with relevant parties to ensure timely receipt of acknowledge Delivery order.
•Continually improve all processes within the division to ensure an efficient and smooth running of the division.
•Provide reports for management with recommendations.
Requirements :

•A graduate or SPM with minimum 2 - 3 years experience in invoicing knowledge.
•Posses good written and oral communication skills.
•Strong analytical, good interpersonal skills.
