The Role Responsibilities
The Business Analyst, TPSR (BA) role sits within the Third Party Security Risk team. The main responsibility of the BA will be to support the Regional Head in analysing, determining and prioritising project activities helping to ensure successful delivery of the Third Party Security Assessments. The objective is to apply the Third Party Security Assessments process to third party engagements, develop automation, integrate various IT systems, process improvements and enhanced Target Operating Model.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate end to end process reviews and assessments to identify opportunities to deploy process re-engineering, Automation, Robotics solutions
  • Perform a key role in requirements collation, clarification and analysis in order to evaluate impact and effort estimate and translate into a design document relating to:
    • Internal system enhancements and development
    • System integration
    • Data model for reporting purpose
    • Cloud Governance management
  • Analyse processes to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Understanding and analysis of the data to identify gaps and assessment of data against project needs
  • Translation of business requirements into solution designs and functional requirements
  • Ability to communicate data needs / requirements clearly to support further gathering and analysis activity
  • Understanding data requests and providing information effectively
  • Responsible for breaking down problems in a systematic manner and presenting solutions for agreement with the project lead.
  • Escalate appropriately to ensure necessary decisions are made in a timely manner

Risk Management
  • Articulate in a timely fashion the project risks and corresponding mitigation and contingency plans
  • Ensure that this role is managed in accordance with the defined views on policies and standards, and that issues are identified, escalated, and addressed as appropriate.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct

Our Ideal Candidate
  • At least 3+ years work experience in a large, complex multinational organization
  • Experience in delivering Automation/ Robotics project
  • Project Management / Business Analysis and change management experience
  • Proven experience in implementing automation, system development and process improvements
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise
  • Strong integrity, independence, and resilience
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing organisational goals
  • Professional, highly adept to problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Excellent written, oral communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • Result-orientated, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience in third party audits, understanding of auditing standards, compliance, risk assessment and internal control frameworks is a plus
  • ServiceNow and SAP Ariba experience is a plus
  • Availability for occasional/potential international travels
