As MMP IT Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for Field service in MMP. You will lead a team of Field Service professional, partner MMP and SSC IT infrastructure team to maintain operational health of datacenter, collaborate with workplace IT team to maintain IT communication/conference service, collaboration tools, and team member productivity devices.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective partnership with customers, infrastructure and application groups to ensure customer satisfaction in IT services.
  • Collaborate with Workplace IT team to incorporate roadmap in the area of end user client and conference room.
  • Prepare/meet the yearly cost forecast, drive timely project completion and raise the overall quality of services
  • Able to engage with various infrastructure team to maintain the operational health of datacentre.
  • Perform team resourcing and be accountable for team performance in terms of KPIs and project/service deliveries.
  • Perform talent management role to hire, train and develop team members to high performing individuals.
  • Provides oversight to daily operations and ensures appropriate actions are being taken to handle identified issues

Requirements:
  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in any IT or Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT.
  • Technical background in network, computer services, collaboration tools and datacenter design are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong interest to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative and effective problem-solving skills using 8D with good conceptual and analytical ability.
  • Excellent project management ability to comprehend customers’ needs, organize, delegate and manage tasks to deliver services that exceed customer expectation.
  • Passionate in people development starting from development and training planning, coaching, monitoring and feedback to develop team members.
  • Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Energetic, self-motivated, focus and a desire to lead others to excellence
