Role- IT Service Desk/ Help desk Engineer
Experience- 0-2 years
Location- Ampang /Ulu Klang Free Trade Zone, WP Kuala Lumpur, 54200, Malaysia
Job Description -
Basic knowledge on IT (Software and Hardware)
Good knowledge on window OS
Good on trouble shooting and resolving issues within time line
Attending customer call and resolve their issues over call
To work on 24/7 shift including weekend and public holidays ( weekly 2 days rest day)
Good command over English and Mandarin language.
