Job Description

• Basic knowledge on IT
• Basic knowledge on Operating system like window and unix
• Good communication skill in English and Mandarin
• Should have good trouble shooting skill
• Support required 24X7 including weekend and public holidays (2 days rest day per week)
• Preparing document for new issues and giving suggestion on process improvement from time to time
