Client Background: Global Semiconductor Company
Headcount: 1
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: Basic+ Allowance + Free parking + meal subsidy
Time Pattern: 12hours rotation shift
  • Answer all calls offered to Service Desk queues and responsible for managing the ticket queues
  • Attend troubleshooting calls and execute installations, desktop maintenance and upgrades
  • Support all channels of engagement - phone, chat, self-serve, email


  • Diploma or certificates in computer science, information technology or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply with great interest in IT application and willing to learn

  • Active listening, includes being alert and showing interest in what the customer is saying

  • Speak in terms that a customer can understand and view things from the customer's perspective
    Languages to be supported, must be fluent in both English & Mandarin.
