1. To understand and work on the job requirements as assigned by recruitment manager and account managers
2. To perform cold calling and head hunting for Junior to Senior level IT/ Technical profiles
3. Good in negotiation and talent mapping to identify niche talents in the market
4. Provide Market Intelligence as and when required.
5. To meet target as set by management
Job Requirements: -
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
2. Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT Recruitment
4. Those without qualification but with extensive experience will be considered
5. Computer literate with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
