Job Description :

  • To provide Pega application support, defect fixing and minor enhancement for applications used in the bank.

  • Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support

  • To perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development and implementation.

  • To understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.
  • To perform enhancement and defect fixing at Pega code level.
  • To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks
  • To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of general IT application support
  • 3+ years of Pega application development, production support, and maintenance is required.
  • Experience with Pega application, framework, and BPM tool design and support, including supporting applications in the Banking Industry
  • Pega knowledge on Pega CMF, HCIF/HCIS, CPM-HC, Pega Call (CTI), and UI’s in PRPC
  • General experience with all aspects of SDLC including requirements analysis, design, design reviews, software development, software testing, design and coding peer review, operational roll-out and application maintenance
  • Experience providing support for Pega applications due to having been a hands-on builder of the Pega system in production
  • Knowledge on Weblogic, Windows Server, and MS SQL database.
  • 24 x 7 offsite standby support on rotational basis.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and team player.
  • Able to work with cross border colleagues.
  • A choice to work in Kuala Lumpur or Cyberjaya.
