Job Description


Responsibilities:
-Report directly to the Director of the Company
-To provide full spectrum of business, secretarial and administrative support to the Director
-Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients
-Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
-To perform ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.
Requirements:
Ability of Japanese
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Preferably Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
