Job Description :
*Responsible to prepare / assist and provide accurate and proper documentation for account and *sales department (DO/INV/SO/Shipping Documentations).*Responsible for all samples arrangement and display/ maintenance/ replenishment at showroom.*Handle all Product Requisition form matters.*To assist and prepare Goods Return Note, Purchase Order and etc.*Receiving and checking of incoming shipments.*Assist to perform yearly inventory stock count. *Assist walk in customers to showroom and retails as of when needed.*Performing reception and administrative duties if required. *Keep up-to-date with product information.*Accurately describe product features and benefits.*Follow all companies policies and procedures.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Constantly seeking self-improvement, eager to learn new skills and gain more knowledge Able to speak in Mandarin - Required to engage mandarin speaking Customers.
