Job Description :
Responsible in providing first line technical support & troubleshooting Report & escalate the content or issue to different department. To provide levels of customer service inline with expectations clients. Creating technical FAQ from the documentsDevelop content for digital consumption in voice or text. Responsible doing document translation from Japanese to English or vice versa.
Required work experience :
Diploma or Degree in IT related field or having relevant experience.Fresh graduate is welcome to applyCandidate must speak fluent English, native level of Japanese language Candidate who experience in IT helpdesk will be added advantage
