Job Description



Client Background:
Subsidiary of a trading company established in 1977.
Location: Meru, Klang
Remunerations: Basic + Allowances + Medical + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
·Report to Head of Sales or GM of Trading
·Involve in sales development program initiated by group or local business unit
·Responsible for revenue and volume of sales.
·Provide suppor and coaching
·Work closely with direct superior and subject matter expert to come out ideas to train, how to do on job activities and provide support to improve sales daily activities and source external training program when necessary
·Work with marketing department to conduct Product Training to improve on value based selling
·Work with Performance team to monitor and help sales team come out action plan to focus on their priorities ( work together with HR & Superior to improve sales competencies)
·Attend monthly sales meeting to provide support and ideas to sales team work out their own action plan
·Quarterly review, update and give feedback about concrete of sales competency status
Requirements:
·Degree/Diploma holder of any related field
·At least 5 years experience as Key Account Manager managing own team
·Must have proven experience handling key accounts
·Ability to conduct training to the sales team
·Driven and a game changer
·Must have good analytical and computation skills
·Possess high level of integrity and determination
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
