Job Description

  • Responsible for the key projects implementation in Southeast Asia
  • Solid understanding of the principles of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Distribution industry
  • Build and expand on the current business of regional key customers supply chain business within the region
  • Work with internal team on solutions for customers’ business demand
  • Understanding of customers business and requirements
  • Apply tactical and strategic planning to execute key account activities in alignment with global account planning and strategy
  • Client centric - Problem solving and managing customer responses within given timescale and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner
  • Well-developed team work skills. Even though maybe no direct reports, this position must be able to align resources, desires and abilities of many functions to deliver best in class performances and solutions
  • Tracking of sales record through internal Sales Management system and generating sales analysis report to Head of Department.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, business related major preferred
  • Experiences with Chinese customers or China trade line is a plus.
  • Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin (Reading & Writing) as required to communicate with China clients
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years in business development experiences in logistic field, with supply chain background, experience in freight forwarding and contract logistics is preferred.
  • Familiar with international logistics market and key customer situation.
  • Excellent analytical skills is required
  • Qualified to work under sales target pressure, great team player
  • Qualified with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Regional business travel
