Job Description

  • Provides surveillance on all aspects of the in-scope services & underlying components needed to deliver the service.
  • Command & Control structure
  • Focused on ensuring service availability & 1st Level troubleshooting on exceptions observed on both service & underling network.
  • Anticipate disruptions
  • Initial investigation on the possible source of problems.
  • Supervise automated recovery process
  • Incident handling, Fault Mgmt, Configuration Mgmt, Preventive maintenance, planned worksupport, escalation initiation.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Must have at least 1-2years of working experience in IT industry
  • Basic GSM understanding of call flows and OSS, BSS general functionalities in Telecommunication network.
  • Basic understanding on Unix and shell-based operating system and networking
  • Basic understanding of IT operations and surveillance processes.
  • Basic knowledge on IT HW and IT monitoring tools
