Get to know the RoleWe are looking for a progressive candidate with new thinking who is excited about new technologies and the challenge of driving change.You will be responsible for providing overall technical leadership in IAM; championing applications of industry best practices, developing strategies and engineering standards for successful deliverance of solutions across a wide variety of access-related projects.This role will help drive technology standards, development, and evolution for Identity Access Management to address emerging business requirements. To succeed in this role, you must have an automation first mindset. The ability to operate successfully as an individual contributor and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the organization is imperative. The day-to-day activitiesIn this position, you will:
Be responsible for providing technical direction and leadership in IAM
Be accountable for building scalable automation of all IAM processes
Develop tools and scripts which helps automate workflows
Support all our connector configurations, custom rule developments, and system integrations
Lead technical evaluations for the consolidation, design, and implementation of solutions
Drive and facilitate innovation within the team
Make an impact by coaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge with team members
The must-have skills
Hands-on experience with expert level knowledge on robotic process automation, scripting (E.g. PowerShell, Java, etc), and APIs
In-depth understanding of directories, SSO solutions, authentication and authorization processes(E.g. Jumpcloud, Azure, Okta, Cisco Duo, DaaS, LDAP, AD)
Experience in writing technical procedures, system documentation, and presentations
Understanding ofDevOps
Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must possess broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and corresponding processes as well as in-depth and up-to-date experience of SaaS cloud-only environment
Critical thinker with the ability to lead root-cause analysis, assess and articulate risk to organizational leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audience
Nice to have skills
Attained CISSP or relevant certification
Able to design and develop standards for Identity & Access Management and Security
Familiarity with User Lifecycle Management i.e., onboarding, account management, and off-boarding
