Job Description

Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Responsible for administering human resources services including payroll, employee engagement survey and other human resources operational activities
  • Responsible for ensuring the completeness of on-boarding payroll data, accuracy of payroll data/payout, as well as timeliness of payment (inclusive of statutory contributions)
  • Prepare post-payroll reports (reports for IO Functions, bonus accruals, cross-charge reports, GL interface reports with SAP, etc.)
  • Maintain close working rapport with payroll vendor and resolve complex issues on a timely manner
  • Constantly evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement in order to enhance turnaround time and employee experience
  • Drive adoption of HR analytics through WD and prepare headcount/attrition analysis for business decision-making
  • Oversee system maintenance (leave/PH creation/adjustment, cost center/OT management in WD, etc.)
  • Assist in the administration of ESPP and keep track on enrolment/termination updates, stoppage of contributions,  etc.
  • Prepare benefits related analysis and reports for the submission to line management, EXCO and  Board with acceptable quality and timeline
  • Supervise medical TPA and administer medical claims processing (claims submission, billing, enrolment, termination, cross-charge report, etc.)
  • Maintain/Update the content published in the employee portal in line with branding and communication guidelines
  • Continuously review and update knowledge articles for effective dissemination of information
  • Handle general inquiries and provide guidance to employees on standard policies and procedures
  • On/Off-Boarding of general employees (NEO Briefing)
  • Enhance HR automation capabilities leveraging on system functionalities e.g. robotics and AI.
