Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Responsible for administering human resources services including payroll, employee engagement survey and other human resources operational activities
- Responsible for ensuring the completeness of on-boarding payroll data, accuracy of payroll data/payout, as well as timeliness of payment (inclusive of statutory contributions)
- Prepare post-payroll reports (reports for IO Functions, bonus accruals, cross-charge reports, GL interface reports with SAP, etc.)
- Maintain close working rapport with payroll vendor and resolve complex issues on a timely manner
- Constantly evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement in order to enhance turnaround time and employee experience
- Drive adoption of HR analytics through WD and prepare headcount/attrition analysis for business decision-making
- Oversee system maintenance (leave/PH creation/adjustment, cost center/OT management in WD, etc.)
- Assist in the administration of ESPP and keep track on enrolment/termination updates, stoppage of contributions, etc.
- Prepare benefits related analysis and reports for the submission to line management, EXCO and Board with acceptable quality and timeline
- Supervise medical TPA and administer medical claims processing (claims submission, billing, enrolment, termination, cross-charge report, etc.)
- Maintain/Update the content published in the employee portal in line with branding and communication guidelines
- Continuously review and update knowledge articles for effective dissemination of information
- Handle general inquiries and provide guidance to employees on standard policies and procedures
- On/Off-Boarding of general employees (NEO Briefing)
- Enhance HR automation capabilities leveraging on system functionalities e.g. robotics and AI.
