We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Human Resources Division as a Learning Business Partner reporting to the Head, Learning and Development Malaysia.
Key Accountabilities
As a Learning Business Partner for Consumer Financial Services, you are responsible for the end-to-end organisation and employees’ learning priorities and experience management guided by Group and Country HR’s people agenda which include the below:
  1. Work closely with the businesses in achieving their business objectives through upskilling/ reskilling agenda
  2. Act as a trusted advisory with stakeholders and work effectively with peers, learning technologist in country and group in executing the learning solutions to meet future skills
  3. Support the businesses to build learning culture and implement learning/technology projects where required to support other Group initiatives.
  4. Apply learning data analytics in recommending appropriate learning and development interventions
  5. Manage programmes via Learning Management System, accurate data learning records, budgeting and learning vendors
  6. Ensure the HR service index (HRSI) for Learning is monitored and achieved monthly
  7. Ensure that the L&D function offers a quality, cost effective service with paperless initiatives
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
  1. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related fields.
  2. Expertise in learning development, retail/ commercial learning, including hosting webinars, e-learning, digital, distance learning at a variety of levels
  3. Passionate in people development and effective stakeholder engagement skills with ability to drive results
  4. Strong planning and organisational skills, along with high attention to detail, budgeting and strong execution.
  5. Determined and driven, along with tenacity and flexibility to drive change mindset and challenges
