Job Description :
1. Problem analysis and resolution.
2. Perform system performance and stability monitoring
3. Provide support and coordination of planned activities both day-time and night-time on working days and non-working days
4. Manage the system maintenance activities in SIT/UAT, Production, and DR environment
5. Analyze the reported application problems from call center
6. On-call standby support 24x7
7. Other task to be assigned by superior
8. Own reported issue and work towards issue resolution.
Job Requirements
1. Applicants must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2. Strong analytic skill and problem solving
3. Good knowledge in IBM Websphere, webservers (Apache, Tomcat)
4. Working experience in Internet Banking system is essential.
5. Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux systems, and SQL
6. More than 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred
7. Proactive working attitude, results-oriented and focused/strong desire to succeed
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels (Strong verbal, written & presentation skills.)
