Job Description :
Provide product support to corporate customers via different support channels such as phone, e-mail, chat and online community. Perform detailed log analysis and deep troubleshooting in order to find and resolve the root cause issues reported by customers. Create and update technical documentations.Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Required work experience :
Diploma/ Degree in IT or similar background. Candidate must speak fluent/ business level of Japanese language Candidate must have interested in IT networking, troubleshooting skills
