Your new responsibilities
  • Die Attach and Wire Bond recipe creation
  • Support data collection on engineering lot and run engineering evaluation
  • To analyze and improve repeated process issues and derive action plan for improvement
  • Be the pilot team to hand shake with BT/engineering on new products
  • Support yield improvement/cost down project
What we look for
  • Diploma in Electronic/Electric/MechanicalEngineering
  • Must be equipped with basic technical skills set/knowledge in semiconductor industry
  • Have 2 -3 years of manufacturingexperience
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
