Why does this job exist and why is it critical​
As the Product Manager your mission is to create Cloud based products, services and solution that will benefit both SME and Enterprise customers. To accomplish this, you will lead product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and project delivery in the Cloud services portfolio. You will investigate, develop, hypothe, validate, integrate and deliver on appropriate technical controls into Maxis Cloud services portfolio and integrating with other Product Manager portfolio as well.
What are you accountable for
  • Develops & continuously optimizes Maxis Cloud portfolio of offerings including target customer segments, value proposition, go to market & partnering strategy, delivery strategy
  • Developing Business cases, market insight, product life cycle development and management
  • Collaborate with Maxis internal units to builds Maxis Cloud business plans
  • Translate the product construct into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by market data, analysis and in compliance with security and regulatory requirement
  • Guide and interface closely with principal, partners, Maxis engineering teams to define scope, review and refine technical capabilities, prioritize features for release, and define new customer experiences.
  • Ensure Managed Services and Self-Serve elements are built into all services
  • Creates and drives goal alignment and collaborates across existing and new services to create new demand (Engineering: product development, Supply Chain: Partnership, and Marketing: marketing and pricing strategies and Go To Market Plan)
  • Work with partners to define product strategy and features and determine short and long term goals
  • Clearly define trade-offs and work with organizational constraints to drive product decisions
  • Use data and creativity to communicate product vision, ideas and concepts and influence partners at all levels within organizations
  • Integrate user research, usability studies, analysis and prototyping into requirement gathering to improve user adoption and satisfaction
  • Define, monitor, and analyze metrics for launched products and feed that analysis back into the product development process

What do you need to have for this role
  • At least 3-5 years of Cloud, IT related & Networking experience
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Any of the following certifications is an advantage - Amazon AWS, Microsoft and Google
  • Working knowledge of architecting Cloud solutions, deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in SME / Enterprise customers
  • Experience in services bundling between all type of connectivity and Cloud services
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • You can showcase prior experience in product development and life cycle management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - being able to engage with the development team as well as with senior executives.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and drive efforts independently
