Position Description: Position Title : Manager, AP EDU Services Offering Development (Band 8) - Functional Area: Services - Relocation Provided: No - People Manager : No - Travel Required from Time to Time Key Responsibilities: - Develop EDU services offering stack based on focus areas - Enable commercial success with EDU services offerings portfolio across AP GEO - Bridge to service sales and delivery teams to develop sales and delivery execution - Be an evangelist, advocate and subject matter expert for EDU service offering portfolio internal and external of organization Performance Metrics : - Timely go-to-market of EDU services offerings portfolio across AP markets - Robust sales execution and delivery motion for EDU services offerings portfolio - Pipeline and revenue for EDU focus services offerings Details on Key Responsibilities Portfolio Development - Work with Worldwide EDU team to plan and rationalize AP portfolio roadmap based on rolling roadmap priorities - Identify and build offerings and program for revenue monetization in services focus areas - Consolidate and document end-to-end success matrix for each offering stack (Ability to articulate, consult, sell and deliver) Go to Market with Commercial Success - Build and execute programmatic approach including offering bundling for focus EDU offerings - Work with AP Services Product Marketing team to create or enhance marketing, sales and demand generation assets - Replicate and launch across AP markets from sales and delivery perspectives - Work with AP Services Enablement teams to enable EDU sellers and pursuit support profiles on new offerings - Develop building blocks for sales articulation and solutioning including portfolio stack and offering bundles - Create tools and cheat-sheets for sales articulation and opportunity solutioning Opportunity Support - Second line support for opportunity pursuit teams and Solution Architects for customer opportunities, proposals, solutioning and statements of work - Provide ongoing guidance and support to EDU vertical leads, EDU account sellers, services sales and solution architects throughout product / solution lifecycle in purview Position Requirements: - Recognized university degree (Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory) - Relevant technical certifications - ITIL and other project management certifications - Experience in developing and executing new product launch and programs for Education sector with proven results - Strong planning, organization and influence skills - Deep knowledge and passion for education solutions and able to rationalize productization opportunities in education sector - Possesses commercial awareness of trends and markets in focus practice areas - Spoken and written proficiency in additional languages over and on top of English is an advantage
