The Role Responsibilities
The Manager is responsible overall implementation of sales management strategies to achieve sales budgets for Price Solutions Sdn Bhd - Personal Banking Mortgages Team.

  • To develop and implement sales strategies and plans to ensure product management is in line to achieve given revenue, volume targets and within given cost and profitability budgets.

  • Sales teams are adequately staffed to support the sales targets.

  • To pro-actively manage, train and motivate sales team to achieve their individual sales targets

  • To provide all necessary sales support (tools, materials and sales aids) to front liners for every program launched.

  • To carry out tracking and evaluation of all sales activities and initiatives, with learning and best practices derived to be adopted in future team activities.

  • To effectively track, evaluate and analyze sales performance against budgets set.

  • To plan, execute and track sales initiatives on a timely basis to achieve targeted volume.

  • To keep abreast of industry/competitors, review and accord timely feedback for improvement and enhancements to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

  • To ensure that the sales team operates to the highest standards of corporate governance and accordance to company policies and procedures

  • Actively share feedback on the sales process /functionalities to help improve program and sales performance

  • Responsible to ensure the sales team adhere sales process and comply with  group policies

  • Regularly tracking and evaluation of all sales activities and initiatives, with learning and best practices derived to be adopted in future activities.

  • Manage the team handle and resolve customer complaint or feedback within expected turnaround time

Risk Management
Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the firm. Also, an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the firm and the role the individual plays in managing them

  • The ability to interpret the firm%26rsquo;s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures

  • Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility

Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the firm%26rsquo;s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the firm operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

  • Responsible for delivering %26lsquo;effective governance%26rsquo;; capability to challenge fellow executives effectively; and willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner.

Key Stakeholders

  • Work closely with Sales Team %26amp; Team Leader to develop and implement sales plan to achieve targets and drive client engagement

  • Support Sales Team %26amp; Team Leader to drive learning and high performance within the team

  • Partner with other distribution teams to fulfil product sales requests as required.

  • Work with operations team to ensure that client requests are fulfilled

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant educational qualification to perform the Job role

  • At least 1- 2 years experience in sales or service is preferred. Prior experience in Telesales / Inbound sales is a plus

  • Required certification or licensing to be in place basis the products to be sold over calls

  • Bank training; i.e. mandatory %26amp; developmental - role specific, and regulatory/compliance bank wide %26amp; role specific,

  • Languages; Good command over English or applicable local language
