Role Responsibilities

Key result areas for the individual are:
  • Initiate, develop & execute usage programs maximize and optimize card spend.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of cardholder spend behaviour & market trends to segment the customer and identify opportunities to increase card spend.
  • Champion digital/ online spend programs through partnerships, to drive card-on-file and be visible in the online space.
  • Work closely with product team & other stakeholders to integrate programs/ communication plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Alliances team to develop multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Ensure consistent communications of cards/ spend offers to customers via all communication channels
